TN-Atheist.com Announcement

November 9th, 2009

The TN Atheist site has not been updated because I have been spending some time reflecting and have decided to turn from my sinful, blasphemous ways and get right with Christ.

Just kidding, I feel a little crazy and out of touch with reality just joking about it. No I haven’t lost my mind and been converted. Nor have I been attacked or silenced by the fundamentalist nut-jobs that live around me. I’ve just been busy.

Thank you all for your emails of encouragement and for letting me know how many people, especially those in Tennessee enjoy it.  Rest assured I have not abandoned the site and plan to respond to your emails as well as get back to posting as I was before. There has been a lot going on especially here in TN and some recent updates to stories I have covered.

Check back for new stuff and thanks again for visiting the site.

Amazing how most Atheist are willing to display everyone else’s dirty laundry. Having been married to an Atheist I have come to see most Atheist are just wacko. Sorry but every time I went to one of her functions the people I met were the strangest of the strange. Most of the time all the wanted to do was point out how everyone else is screwed up in their thinking and how they are so enlightened. After a while they usually switched to all the crap that christians do and how we are all two faced and just blind followers. If you want throw stones be sure to throw some at some of your comrades. Another thing I have noticed is that if an atheist is not cause some contraversy they are not happy.

@Mark Wow! I realize this is an almost two year old comment, but I feel it necessary to comment on it. What i find “whacko” is that Christians have the gall to call Atheists “whacko” when I see the taking of “communion” practiced routinely. It blows my mind that people can partake in a mock cannibalistic ritual where-in they eat a body, and drink blood in order to “remember” a man who may, or may not have lived. I call that “whacko,” and will go even further to call it absolutely “sick” beyond proper verbiage.

The “crap” Christians do? They practice their form of Voo Doo against all those who aren’t like them. Christians are “blind followers.” I used to be a Christian but one with a mind of my own. A mind that follows common sense and a mind that sees education as a needed advantage to keep from being a “blind follower.” I’ll throw stones where they have first been tossed toward free thinkers who speak reasonably in an unreasonable world. If Christians don’t want stones tossed in their direction, they should learn to not pick up rocks to stone others with. Your last sentence makes absolutely no sense at all.
