Apparently all it takes is some infant urine to prove that Islam is the one true religion. According to a middle eastern news agency, Iraqi scientists have been conducting a “unique” experiment where they collect urine from both infant boys and girls and compare the two.  The scientists found that girl’s urine consistently had more E. coli bacteria than boy’s urine.

Sane people are probably wondering what this has to do with well, anything really, especially proving that Islam is the one true religion.  Perhaps it would be easier for the Muslim news anchor in the clip below to explain this crazy idea.

So there you have it. Based on this “scientific evidence” clearly proving everything in the Koran to be true lets all grab turbans and prayer rugs and give praise to Allah.  Are these people that grossly scientifically illiterate and dumb enough to think that boys having less E. coli in their urine proves anything regarding their religion?

Even what he quotes out of the Koran about cleaning off the infant urine from the girls and the boys could be there because even back then they might have realized girls are more prone to infection in their privates than boys, a medical fact.  Leave it up to the most sexist culture in the world to interpret it as female are more impure than males..

Either way you have to be bat shit crazy to think that the experiment proved anything.  It would be more believable for someone to conclude that the prophet Muhammad, the author of the Koran, was a baby urine connoisseur.  That he gargled fresh baby piss everyday and preferred the taste of male urine so much that he wrote it in the scriptures not to clean it off the boys because he like to do it himself personally.  I am in no way implying that this is true, however, this interpretation is no more far-fetched than the one presented in the news clip.

This news story is just another example of a religion trying to desperately prove something in their sacred texts by doing lousy implementations of science and trying to connect the two by saying one proves the other.  In this case, what they think is proof turned out just to be a big joke.
